Documents you will need

  • Logo file, if you are registering a logo
  • PAN and Aadhaar of the applicant
  • Business registration certificate, if a company or LLP
  • Udyam certificate, if you want the small-entity fee

Scans or clear photographs are fine. The lawyer handling your matter will tell you if anything else is needed once they have seen your papers.
