I am a practising Advocate with experience in litigation, legal drafting, corporate advisory and regulatory matters. I regularly appear and assist in matters before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, District Courts and Consumer Commissions. My litigation practice covers a broad range of matters, including civil disputes, family and matrimonial matters, property disputes, recovery proceedings, consumer disputes, insurance claims, cheque dishonour matters, employment disputes and commercial disputes. I have hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing legal notices, plaints, written statements, petitions, replies, applications, evidence affidavits, settlement agreements and other legal pleadings. I have also handled matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, including legal notice issuance, pleadings, evidence, cross-examination and final arguments. My practice also includes contract drafting, review and negotiation, including commercial agreements, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, service agreements and other business-related contracts, with a focus on identifying legal risks and ensuring appropriate contractual protections. I also have experience in immigration-related legal work, including visa applications, Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) processes, documentation, legal document review and client communication. In addition, I have worked on corporate and regulatory matters involving SEBI and RBI compliance, corporate governance, due diligence, risk assessment, intellectual property, employment law, arbitration and insolvency-related matters. Prior to and alongside my litigation practice, I gained corporate legal exposure through internships with organisations including Groww, Wipro Enterprises, Reliance Industries and MARKFED, where I worked on contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, arbitration, recovery matters and legal research.
